This can be from two causes.
Purchase enough drip edge flashing to cover the overhang.
The exposed edges of the 3 layers of rigid insulation are no longer exposed.
The roof sheathing extends to the edge of the ov erhang and prov ides most of the support and resistance to uplift for the ov erhang as shown in the figure below.
Inadequate nailing of the sheathing to supporting framing or inadequate connections of the framing at the rake edge that supports the roof.
These solutions are limited to the maximum overhang length listed in table 1 and to gable ends with roof sheathing continuously supported by and attached to the gable wall framing.

I prefer to install the gable drip edge under the felt though that detail is less critical than at the lower roof edge or eaves.
